Feasibility Study Services

Independent, evidence-based feasibility studies that answer one question before capital is committed: is this investment technically feasible, economically viable, and worth the risk? Delivered for industrial, technology, energy and business projects in Türkiye and internationally.

What is a feasibility study?

A feasibility study is a structured, evidence-based assessment of whether a proposed project or investment can realistically succeed — technically, economically, operationally and commercially. Unlike a business plan, which argues how a project will be executed, a feasibility study tests whether it should be executed at all, and under which conditions.

A 3EH feasibility study separates verified evidence from assumption, models the economics through CAPEX and OPEX, quantifies the major risks, and concludes with a defensible recommendation: Proceed, Proceed with Conditions, Revise, or Reject.

Feasibility types

Five feasibility studies, one integrated judgment.

Most decisions need several of these together. We scope the right combination for your project and deliver them as one coherent assessment.

Industrial

Industrial Feasibility Study

Process design, capacity, plant layout, utilities, equipment selection and production economics for manufacturing and industrial investments — from new lines to full facilities.

Investment

Investment Feasibility Study

CAPEX/OPEX modelling, cash-flow projections, payback, sensitivity and risk-adjusted return — the financial spine that tells investors whether the capital is justified.

Technical

Technical Feasibility Study

Engineering verification that the chosen technology, equipment and process can actually deliver the required output, quality and reliability at the stated scale.

Economic

Economic Feasibility Study

Market demand, pricing, cost structure, break-even and macro sensitivity — testing whether the value logic holds under realistic and adverse conditions.

Technology

Technology & R&D Feasibility Study

Maturity, scalability and implementation risk of new or emerging technologies and R&D investments — assessing whether an innovation is ready to become a production reality.

FAQ

Feasibility study — common questions.

What should a feasibility study include?

A complete feasibility study covers technical, economic, financial, operational and risk dimensions, and ends with a clear decision recommendation. At 3EH each dimension is verified against evidence and stress-tested through scenarios before it informs the conclusion.

How long does a feasibility study take?

It depends on scope and data availability. A focused preliminary screen can be delivered in days; a full investor-grade study for a complex industrial project typically takes several weeks. We define the timeline precisely after the initial scope call.

How much does a feasibility study cost?

Cost scales with complexity, the number of feasibility dimensions and the depth of verification required. We provide a fixed scope and quote after reviewing your project documents and decision deadline — no open-ended engagements.

Feasibility study vs. business plan — what's the difference?

A business plan sets out how a project will be run and is usually written to persuade. A feasibility study is an independent test of whether the project should proceed at all. The feasibility study comes first; a strong business plan is built on a feasibility study that has already survived scrutiny.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. 3EH delivers feasibility studies for clients in Türkiye and internationally, with project and consulting experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and beyond.

Have a project you're weighing up?

Send the scope and documents. We'll tell you the right first step — a quick screen or a full feasibility study.
