What is a feasibility study?

A feasibility study is an independent test of whether a proposed project or investment can work under realistic technical, economic, operational and risk assumptions.

Technical feasibility

Can the technology, equipment, capacity and process deliver the required result?

Economic feasibility

Do realistic costs, revenues and sensitivities support the investment logic?

Operational feasibility

Can the organization, supply chain and operating model sustain the project?

Risk feasibility

Which assumptions or dependencies can change the decision?

Need this applied to a live project?

3EH turns the framework into an evidence-based assessment.
